Needles:  #8, #10 Size:   28 Gauge:  3.5 sts = 1" 5.00 rws = 1" Estimated Ydg:  533
      
Back
With smaller needles, cast on 54 sts.
Work 1x1 rib for 12 rws [2"].

Rib-to-Body Inc Row
Work 7
[inc 1 in next st, work 6, inc 1 in next st, work 7] 1x
[inc 1 in next st, work 7] 4x

With larger needles, work in pat st until piece meas 12"[row 50].
Place underarm markers.

Continue in pat st until piece meas 19" from the start [row 86].
On next row, bind off center 20 sts, attach another ball of yarn and work across row.
On next row, dec 1 st at each neck edge.
Continue in pat st until piece meas 19.5" [row 88].

Bind off 19 sts across each shoulder.

Front
Work as for back, including all shaping,
and, at the same time
when piece meas 16.5" [row 72]

Begin Neck Shaping
On next row, work 23, attach another ball of yarn, bind off center 14 sts,
and work across row.  Working both sides at once, dec 1 st at each neck edge,
every other row 4x.

Continue in pat st until piece meas 19.5" [row 88].

Bind off 19 sts across each shoulder.

Work sleeves.

Sleeves
With smaller needles, cast on 28 sts.
Work 1x1 rib for 12 rws [2"].

Rib-to-Sleeve-lnc Row
[Work 9, inc 1 in next st, work 8, inc 1 in next st] 1x
work 9.

Sleeve Increases
With larger needles, work in pat st.
Inc 1 st on each side every 5 rws 10x.
Then every 6 rws 1x.

Continue in pat st until piece meas 14" [row 60].
Bind off 52 sts.

Finishing
Seam shoulders.
Sew in sleeves.
Seam sleeves.
Seam sides.

Standard Neck Finishing
With smaller size 16" circular needle, pick up 68 sts around neck edge.
Inc or dec as necessary on the first row to balance pattern.  Work in
desired ribbing for 1" or desired length.  Bind off loosely.
